Strategi dan Implementasi Pengelolaan Bumdes “Karya Bersama” Desa Bulangan Barat Kabupaten Pamekasan
Abstract
Article ini mengkaji strategi dan implementasi pengelolaan BUMDes “Karya Bersama” di Desa Bulangan Barat, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Fokus utama adalah meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya ikan lele melalui penerapan teknologi pembuatan pakan dan rencana pengembangan budidaya maggot sebagai alternatif pakan. Selain itu, inovasi pengelolaan media informasi berbasis website diperkenalkan untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan manajerial, minimnya efisiensi produksi, dan tantangan pemasaran masih menjadi hambatan utama. Implementasi kemitraan masyarakat dalam budidaya lele memperlihatkan potensi besar dalam memperluas dampak ekonomi lokal. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas SDM, konsolidasi sektor pertanian, perikanan, dan peternakan, serta diversifikasi usaha untuk mendorong keberlanjutan ekonomi desa.
